Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship all orders via reliable courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, Ninja Van, or DHL eCommerce.
Location
West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on public holidays, sales periods, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Fees
West Malaysia: RM5 – RM8 (depending on weight and location)
East Malaysia: RM10 – RM18

Packaging
All items will be securely packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery, especially for fragile items such as thermos cups, lunch boxes, and water bottles.
Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
