Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

Exchange Period

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Not be part of a clearance or final sale item (non-exchangeable items will be marked clearly).

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.

  • Used lunch boxes, cutlery, bottles, or thermos/vacuum cups (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at glosnap_buy@outlook.com or use our Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, item(s) for exchange, and reason.

  2. Return the Item: Once approved, return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  4. Reshipment: You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking number once your exchanged item is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a free replacement or exchange based on the situation.

Notes

  • We do not offer direct refunds—only exchanges or store credit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned items do not meet our policy criteria.
