Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.

  • Include all accessories, inserts, and components (e.g., lids, straws, cutlery).

  • Be returned in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Food-contact items that have been opened or used (e.g., lunch boxes, bottles, thermos cups, cutlery) for hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at glosnap_buy@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the Item Back: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.

Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

  • If your order was paid with a voucher or discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change! You can cancel your order under the following terms:

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

How to Cancel

  • Email us immediately at glosnap_buy@outlook.com with your Order Number and a request to cancel.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Notes:

  • For urgent cancellations, we recommend contacting us within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders already in transit cannot be stopped or refunded until the return is completed.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
