Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.
Include all accessories, inserts, and components (e.g., lids, straws, cutlery).
Be returned in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Used or damaged items not due to our error.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Food-contact items that have been opened or used (e.g., lunch boxes, bottles, thermos cups, cutlery) for hygiene reasons.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
Request a Return: Contact us at glosnap_buy@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Item Back: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.
Additional Notes
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
If your order was paid with a voucher or discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change! You can cancel your order under the following terms:
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
How to Cancel
Email us immediately at glosnap_buy@outlook.com with your Order Number and a request to cancel.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.
Notes:
For urgent cancellations, we recommend contacting us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Orders already in transit cannot be stopped or refunded until the return is completed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective, or
Incorrect from what you ordered
